How to read it

Sleep & Mood keeps the crown. Melatonin gummies remain the single strongest repeat-purchase line in our portfolio, and low-dose formats (1–5 mg) keep opening new demographics — daytime calm, travel, "wind-down without the hangover." If you need one hero SKU, this is still the highest-probability bet.

Hydration is the volume story. Electrolyte stick packs carry the lowest trial MOQ in our portfolio (from 10,000 sticks) precisely because first-time brands keep choosing them: light to ship, cheap to trial, and the sugar-free/keto variants let one line serve three diets.

Weight management didn't die with the laxative era — it got repositioned. The GLP-1 wave turned "weight loss" into "nutritional support": fiber satiety, micronutrient top-ups while on GLP-1s, blood-sugar-friendly teas. The brands that win here are the ones that refuse stimulant-laxative claims — which is exactly how we screen the track.

Longevity is the margin story. Ubiquinol, urolithin A and creatine command premium price points, but every formula routes through compliance review first — longevity claims are where regulators look hardest.

What we'd do with this

Pick one high-growth track for your hero product, one stable track for cash flow, and one emerging track where you can be early. Three SKUs, one manufacturer, one compliance framework — that's how our fastest-growing partners started.
